We work with a variety of social and healthcare providers who deliver NHS and local authority care services for our patients however these may differ depending upon the postcode or the county council in which you reside.

Hospital services are accessed via your GP.

The major community mental health providers we work with are:

  • Nottinghamshire Healthcare - providers of mental health, intellectual disability and community healthcare services for the people of Nottinghamshire.

  • Leicestershire Partnership Trust - provides high quality integrated mental health, learning disability and community health services.

  • Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust - an integrated community health trust providing services to children and families, people with learning disabilities, people experiencing mental health problems and people with substance misuse needs.
